Newroad Travels – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Newroad Travels! These terms and conditions outline the rules for using our travel services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

✅ Reservations: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our agents.
✅ Deposit: A deposit (usually 20-50%) is required to confirm your booking.
✅ Full Payment: Must be completed before the trip start date (exact deadline will be specified).
✅ Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

⚠️ Cancellation by You:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus a small admin fee).
15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund (unless due to emergencies—case by case).

⚠️ Cancellation by Us:

If we cancel due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political issues), you’ll get a full refund or option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Bookings

🔄 Modifications: Small changes (dates, names) may be allowed with a fee. Big changes (destination, package type) may require rebooking.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

📄 Passports & Visas: You must ensure your documents are valid. We’re not responsible for visa denials.
⚠️ Health & Safety: Follow local laws and health guidelines. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

5. During Your Trip

🚍 Transport & Accommodation: We partner with trusted providers, but delays/cancellations may happen due to external factors.
🔍 Complaints: Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to our team for quick resolution.
